Promotes an
AppInstanceUser
orAppInstanceBot
to anAppInstanceAdmin
. The promoted entity can perform the following actions.ChannelModerator
actions across all channels in theAppInstance
.DeleteChannelMessage
actions.
Only an
AppInstanceUser
andAppInstanceBot
can be promoted to anAppInstanceAdmin
