Creates a model using the specified model type.

  The model ID.

• modelType (string) --

  A collection of key and value pairs.

    A key and value pair.

    • key (string) -- [REQUIRED]

      A tag key.

    • value (string) -- [REQUIRED]

      A value assigned to a tag key.
