update_model_manifest#
- IoTFleetWise.Client.update_model_manifest(**kwargs)#
Updates a vehicle model (model manifest). If created vehicles are associated with a vehicle model, it can’t be updated.

Request Syntax
response = client.update_model_manifest( name='string', description='string', nodesToAdd=[ 'string', ], nodesToRemove=[ 'string', ], status='ACTIVE'|'DRAFT' )
- Parameters:
name (string) –
[REQUIRED]
The name of the vehicle model to update.
description (string) – A brief description of the vehicle model.
nodesToAdd (list) –
A list of
fullyQualifiedName
of nodes, which are a general abstraction of signals, to add to the vehicle model.(string) –
nodesToRemove (list) –
A list of
fullyQualifiedName
of nodes, which are a general abstraction of signals, to remove from the vehicle model.(string) –
status (string) – The state of the vehicle model. If the status is
ACTIVE
, the vehicle model can’t be edited. If the status isDRAFT
, you can edit the vehicle model.
