create_run_group

Omics.Client.create_run_group(**kwargs)

Creates a run group.

Request Syntax

response = client.create_run_group(

Parameters:

• name (string) – A name for the group.

• maxCpus (integer) – The maximum number of CPUs to use in the group.

• maxRuns (integer) – The maximum number of concurrent runs for the group.

• maxDuration (integer) – A maximum run time for the group in minutes.

• tags (dict) –

  Tags for the group.

• requestId (string) –

  [REQUIRED]

  To ensure that requests don’t run multiple times, specify a unique ID for each request.

  This field is autopopulated if not provided.

• maxGpus (integer) – The maximum GPUs that can be used by a run group.
