waiter = client.get_waiter('password_data_available')
wait(**kwargs)#

Polls EC2.Client.get_password_data() every 15 seconds until a successful state is reached. An error is raised after 40 failed checks.

Parameters:
  • InstanceId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The ID of the Windows instance.

  • DryRun (boolean) – Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation.

  • WaiterConfig (dict) –

    A dictionary that provides parameters to control waiting behavior.

    • Delay (integer) –

      The amount of time in seconds to wait between attempts. Default: 15

    • MaxAttempts (integer) –

      The maximum number of attempts to be made. Default: 40
