delete_queue

Connect.Client.delete_queue(**kwargs)

Deletes a queue. It isn’t possible to delete a queue by using the Amazon Connect admin website.

Request Syntax

response = client.delete_queue(
    InstanceId='string',
    QueueId='string'
)

Parameters:

• InstanceId (string) –

  [REQUIRED]

  The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the instance.

• QueueId (string) –

  [REQUIRED]

  The identifier for the queue.

Returns:

None
