MediaConnect.Client.start_flow(**kwargs)#

Starts a flow.

Request Syntax

response = client.start_flow(
    FlowArn='string'
)
Parameters:

FlowArn (string) – [REQUIRED] The ARN of the flow that you want to start.

Return type:

dict

Returns:

Response Syntax

Response Structure

  • (dict) – AWS Elemental MediaConnect is starting the flow.

    • FlowArn (string) – The ARN of the flow that you started.

    • Status (string) – The status of the flow when the StartFlow process begins.
