reset_snapshot_attribute#
- EC2.Client.reset_snapshot_attribute(**kwargs)#
Resets permission settings for the specified snapshot.

Request Syntax
response = client.reset_snapshot_attribute( Attribute='productCodes'|'createVolumePermission', SnapshotId='string', DryRun=True|False )
- Parameters:
Attribute (string) –
[REQUIRED]
The attribute to reset. Currently, only the attribute for permission to create volumes can be reset.
SnapshotId (string) –
[REQUIRED]
The ID of the snapshot.
DryRun (boolean) – Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is
DryRunOperation
. Otherwise, it isUnauthorizedOperation
.

None
Examples
This example resets the create volume permissions for snapshot
snap-1234567890abcdef0
