Permanently deletes an IAM policy from the specified RuleGroup.
The user making the request must be the owner of the RuleGroup.

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the RuleGroup from which you want to delete the policy.
The user making the request must be the owner of the RuleGroup.
