ApplicationInsights.Client.create_component(**kwargs)#

Creates a custom component by grouping similar standalone instances to monitor.

Request Syntax

response = client.create_component(
    ResourceGroupName='string',
    ComponentName='string',
    ResourceList=[
        'string',
    ]
)

Parameters:

ResourceGroupName (string) –
[REQUIRED]

The name of the resource group.
ComponentName (string) –
[REQUIRED]

The name of the component.
ResourceList (list) –
[REQUIRED]

The list of resource ARNs that belong to the component.
