post_lineage_event#

DataZone.Client.post_lineage_event(**kwargs)#

Posts a data lineage event.

Request Syntax

response = client.post_lineage_event(
    clientToken='string',
    domainIdentifier='string',
    event=b'bytes'|file
)
Parameters:
  • clientToken (string) –

    A unique, case-sensitive identifier that is provided to ensure the idempotency of the request.

    This field is autopopulated if not provided.

  • domainIdentifier (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The ID of the domain where you want to post a data lineage event.

  • event (bytes or seekable file-like object) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The data lineage event that you want to post. Only open-lineage run event are supported as events.
