run_statement#

Glue.Client.run_statement(**kwargs)#

Executes the statement.

Request Syntax

response = client.run_statement(
    SessionId='string',
    Code='string',
    RequestOrigin='string'
)
Parameters:
  • SessionId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The Session Id of the statement to be run.

  • Code (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The statement code to be run.

  • RequestOrigin (string) – The origin of the request.

Return type:

dict

Returns:

Response Syntax

      Returns the Id of the statement that was run.
