delete_data_lake_namespace¶
- SupplyChain.Client.delete_data_lake_namespace(**kwargs)¶
- Enables you to programmatically delete an Amazon Web Services Supply Chain data lake namespace and its underling datasets. Developers can delete the existing namespaces for a given instance ID and namespace name. - See also: AWS API Documentation - Request Syntax- response = client.delete_data_lake_namespace( instanceId='string', name='string' ) - Parameters:
- instanceId (string) – - [REQUIRED] - The AWS Supply Chain instance identifier. 
- name (string) – - [REQUIRED] - The name of the namespace. Noted you cannot delete pre-defined namespace like asc, default which are only deleted through instance deletion.

- Response Syntax- { 'instanceId': 'string', 'name': 'string' } - Response Structure- (dict) – - The response parameters of DeleteDataLakeNamespace. - instanceId (string) – - The AWS Supply Chain instance identifier.
